Mousse Au Chocolat Weight Watchers
Add the greek yogurt to the bowl.
Mousse au chocolat weight watchers. Add splenda if you like. Yields about 1 3 cup per serving. Using electric beaters beat eggs egg white and sugar in a large bowl for 5 10 minutes or until pale and thick you can use a mixer.
Gently fold in the whipped topping just until no white streaks remain. Beat with a whisk until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Réserver 2 heures minimum au réfrigérateur.
Add the vanilla and a pinch of salt whisking until blended. Add the carnation instant breakfast to the yogurt. Gently fold in yoghurt until just combined.
Reduce the speed to low. Add the chocolate mixture in 3 additions beating just until combined. Divide the mousse evenly among 4 wineglasses or dessert dishes.
Fold cooled chocolate and cocoa gently into egg mixture until almost combined. Stir in the chocolate chips and let stand about 2 minutes. With an electric mixer on medium high speed beat the sour cream in a medium bowl until light and fluffy about 3 minutes.
Divide mixture among six cup 125ml capacity serving glasses. Whisk the mixture until smooth then add the yogurt whisking until blended. Spoon the mousse evenly into 6 dessert dishes.
